Social Media Management

Social media

Show up, stand out, convert followers into customers

Social media is not just about posting. It is about showing up consistently where your customers spend their time, building the familiarity that makes them choose you over everyone else.

  • Facebook and Instagram for community and reputation.
  • TikTok for free reach to complete strangers.
  • WhatsApp Business to turn interest into bookings.
  • LinkedIn for the clients who offer retainers.
  • Reporting on what actually led somewhere.

How we run it

A weekly rhythm you can sustain, because consistency beats intensity every time.

Set up professionally

A complete, consistent profile on every platform: the same name, photo and contact details.

Post consistently

Consistency builds familiarity, and familiarity builds trust. Three posts a week is the minimum.

Create content that converts

Before and after photos, practical tips, behind the scenes moments and customer reviews.

Engage and respond

Reply to comments, answer messages within the hour, and take part in community groups.

Review and improve

Which posts generated enquiries? Do more of what works and replace what does not.

Visibility without conversion is just entertainment.

Each platform does a different job

Facebook is the digital town square. Instagram is your visual portfolio. TikTok reaches people who have never heard of you. WhatsApp is where interest becomes a booking. LinkedIn is where retainer clients look.

One video, three platforms

TikTok content cross-posts to Instagram and Facebook Reels. One short video gives you reach on all three at once.

Content is the currency

The business that teaches and shows up generously builds more trust in thirty days than the one that only advertises builds in three years.

Frequently asked questions

Which platform should I focus on first?

Start with Facebook and WhatsApp Business. Together they drive more local enquiries in South Africa and Zimbabwe than any other combination. Facebook builds your community and visibility, WhatsApp converts that visibility into bookings. Once those run consistently, add Instagram and TikTok.

Three times a week on Facebook and Instagram is the minimum for meaningful growth, and one Reel or TikTok a week extends your reach to new audiences. Consistency matters more than frequency. Three reliable posts every week will always outperform ten posts followed by two weeks of silence.

Usually three things: no clear call to action at the end of the post, no Google Business Profile backing up the social presence, and content too generic to stand out in a local feed. Make every post specific to your area and your work, and end it with your WhatsApp number.

TikTok's audience has grown across all age groups, but more importantly its content cross-posts to Instagram and Facebook Reels. One short video reaches people on three platforms. Even if your customers are not on TikTok, the same video reaches them where they are.
